The EveryoneOn program helps to ensure our homes, as well as our entire community, have the vital technological resources needed for today's global society and our 21st Century digital learning environments. WPAS encourages parents and students within the district to educate themselves on this program's valuable offerings. Please read more about the program details below and decide whether you would like to apply online for their respective services*.

The EveryoneOn Program

EveryoneOn is a national nonprofit working to eliminate the digital divide by making high-speed, low-cost Internet service and computers, and free digital literacy courses accessible to all unconnected Americans. EveryoneOn aims to leverage the democratizing power of the Internet to provide opportunity to all Americans – regardless of age, race, geography, income, or education level. Through partnerships with local Internet service providers, EveryoneOn is able to offer reduced cost home Internet service in 48 states and the District of Columbia. They work with device refurbishers, so individuals and their families can purchase discounted devices, including $150 tablets and $199 laptops. Download their basic offer flyer here. Visit for more details on internet service or devices.

Connect2Compete (C2C) is EveryoneOn’s program that provides affordable Internet and devices to low-income populations, including students and families that qualify for the National School Lunch Program. C2C is offered in partnership with leading telecommunication and cable companies including Charter Spectrum and Sprint Mobile. Eligible customers receive fast, affordable Internet for as low as $11.25 per month (plus tax). For most customers, there is no deposit required, contracts to sign, or installation or modem rental fees. • Have at least one child eligible or enrolled in the National School Lunch Program.
  • Have not subscribed to Internet service within the last 90 days.
  • Have no outstanding bills or unreturned equipment.
