Open RFP's

Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope delivered to: 
Whittemore-Prescott Area Schools 
8970 Prescott Rd
Whittemore, MI 48770. 
"{RFP name} - {Vendor Name}" as described in the RFP must be written prominently on the envelope.

Please note:

• Proposals will be accepted until their deadlines, at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
• Proposals submitted facsimile, or any other fashion or email address, will not be accepted.
• Proposals received after their deadlines will be returned unopened.

Although cost will be an important factor in awarding the contract, the school district is not obligated by any statute of regulation to award the purchase of the products or services solely on the basis of cost. Accordingly, the school district reserves the right to evaluate all proposals objectively and subjectively and to accept or reject any or all proposals or portion thereof. Additionally, the district reserves the right to negotiate changes in services with the firm determined to have submitted the proposal that is in the best interest of the district.
